To Schedule A Verbal Professional Consultation Or A Second Opinion Of Your Case

In order to be more expeditious and productive, please attach via email to admin@DrClaireStagg.com :
- A chronological listing of any and all histories of past trauma to the head and face
- A comprehensive list of any questions that you may be seeking answers for
- Any previous and recent home sleep tests, records and dental films, both 2D and 3D with their reports, photographs both intraoral and extraoral, as well as any data that you would deem pertinent to your patent’s situation. Please make sure that these are as recent as possible and are dated.
IF you do not have access to any of this data, we can attempt to discuss your case as well as possible with what we do have access to.
After review of the sent data, we will respond to schedule a suitable appointment time length.
Dr. Stagg has found that having her book “SMILE. It’s all connected! Whole health Through Balance” as your reference PRE-consultation is most helpful to the seeker. That way she can guide you to read the necessary information pertaining to your case before reviewing your data with you.
Please note that there will be a minimal/ base consultation fee to be paid in advance to reserve a 15-minute call time with you. This will cover Dr. Stagg’s review of your sent data.
Depending on the complexity of your case and the amount of data presented, IF your case requires more time with Dr. Stagg above the initial 15-minute call, an additional fee will be charged out by 15-minute increments.
We will use Zoom to schedule with you the appropriate time needed.
Please note that this time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are unable to keep the scheduled time, we ask for at least two business days advance notice for any changes. Any changes within 48 hrs. notice will forfeit the base appointment payment.
